Na\u0161im cie\u013eom je synt\u00e9za nov\u00fdch \u0161trukt\u00farne rozmanit\u00fdch anal\u00f3gov takr\u00ednu a&nbsp;kumar\u00ednu, ktor\u00e9 by vykazovali pozoruhodn\u00e9 spektrum afinity k r\u00f4znym molekul\u00e1rnym cie\u013eom, a&nbsp;t\u00fdm by sp\u013a\u0148ali funkciu nov\u00fdch multimod\u00e1lnych neuroprotekt\u00edvnych liekov priepustn\u00fdch cez hematoencefalick\u00fa bari\u00e9ru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vyu\u010dovan\u00e9 predmety:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\u0160trukt\u00fara a&nbsp;reaktivita<\/li><li>Praktikum z&nbsp;organickej ch\u00e9mie <\/li><li>Semin\u00e1r z&nbsp;organickej ch\u00e9mie<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>RNDr. Sl\u00e1vka Hamu\u013eakov\u00e1, PhD. m\u00e1 mnohoro\u010dn\u00e9 sk\u00fasenosti v oblasti z\u00e1kladn\u00e9ho v\u00fdskumu heterocyklick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn na b\u00e1ze akrid\u00ednu. Dlhoro\u010dne sa zaober\u00e1 problematikou synt\u00e9zy nov\u00fdch anti-Alzheimerov\u00fdch lie\u010div na b\u00e1ze tetrahydroakrid\u00ednu. Navrhla a&nbsp;realizovala synt\u00e9zu homotakr\u00ednov\u00e9ho inhib\u00edtora s inhib\u00edciou acetylchol\u00ednester\u00e1zy (AChE) u\u017e v koncentr\u00e1cii 2 nmol\/L.
