Realizuje sa synt\u00e9za enantiom\u00e9rne \u010dist\u00fdch foriem jednoduch\u00fdch sfingolipidov, vych\u00e1dzaj\u00fac zo sacharidov\u00fdch chir\u00f3nov (<em>chiral pool<\/em> strat\u00e9gia), pri ktorej sa vyu\u017eij\u00fa atrib\u00faty [3,3]-sigmatropn\u00fdch pre\u0161mykov a&nbsp;<em>olefin-cross<\/em> metat\u00e9zy ako k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch transform\u00e1ci\u00ed. V\u00fdsledn\u00e9 cie\u013eov\u00e9 molekuly bud\u00fa opatren\u00e9 jednak fotocitliv\u00fdmi chr\u00e1niacimi skupinami a jednak&nbsp;azobenz\u00e9nov\u00fdmi prep\u00edna\u010dmi a&nbsp;bude ohodnoten\u00fd ich potenci\u00e1lny protirakovinov\u00fd potenci\u00e1l. V&nbsp;nadv\u00e4znosti na \u010fal\u0161iu aktivitu tohto projektu bude overen\u00e1 aj mo\u017enos\u0165 vyu\u017eitia niektor\u00fdch pripraven\u00fdch modifikovan\u00fdch sfingoidn\u00fdch b\u00e1z ako tzv. <em>anti-aging <\/em>l\u00e1tok pre dermatologick\u00e9 aplik\u00e1cie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdskum je uskuto\u010d\u0148ovan\u00fd v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci projektu <strong>OPENMED<\/strong> (Otvoren\u00e1 vedeck\u00e1 komunita pre modern\u00fdinterdisciplin\u00e1rny v\u00fdskum v&nbsp;medic\u00edne), opera\u010dn\u00fd program V\u00fdskum a&nbsp;inov\u00e1cie, Ministerstvo \u0161kolstva, vedy, v\u00fdskumu a \u0161portu SR: V\u00fdskumovo-v\u00fdvojov\u00fd z\u00e1mer projektu na podporu dlhodob\u00e9ho strategick\u00e9ho z\u00e1ujmu \u2013 Zdravie obyvate\u013estva a&nbsp;zdravotn\u00edcke technol\u00f3gie.
