RNDr. Miroslavy Martinkovej, PhD. <\/strong>sa zameriava na&nbsp;cielen\u00fa efekt\u00edvnu synt\u00e9zu pr\u00edrodn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok a&nbsp;ich anal\u00f3gov disponuj\u00facich sfingolipidovou a&nbsp;iminosacharidovou \u0161trukt\u00farou, v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci ktorej s\u00fa vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 jednak mo\u017enosti <em>chiral-pool<\/em> strat\u00e9gie a&nbsp;jednak asymetrickej katal\u00fdzy s&nbsp;aplik\u00e1ciou nov\u00fdch aminosacharidov\u00fdch organokatalyz\u00e1torov. Rovnako tak je pozornos\u0165 s\u00fastreden\u00e1 na <em>in vitro<\/em> modulovanie&nbsp; biologickej aktivity&nbsp; pripraven\u00fdch molek\u00fal implement\u00e1ciou molekulov\u00fdch prep\u00edna\u010dov na b\u00e1ze sofistikovan\u00fdch, \u0161trukt\u00farne modifikovan\u00fdch azobenz\u00e9nov. V\u00fdsledn\u00e9 \u0161trukt\u00fary s\u00fa podroben\u00e9 biologick\u00e9mu skr\u00edningu so zameran\u00edm sa na protirakovinov\u00fd potenci\u00e1l a&nbsp;inhibi\u010dn\u00fa glykozid\u00e1zov\u00fa aktivitu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aktu\u00e1lne projekty<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>VEGA 1\/0375\/19<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>N\u00e1zov projektu:<\/em><strong> Stereoselekt\u00edvna synt\u00e9za fotoakt\u00edvnych molek\u00fal s&nbsp;pyrolid\u00ednov\u00fdmi farmakof\u00f3rmi na b\u00e1ze broussonet\u00ednov, oxazolomyc\u00ednov a&nbsp;laktacyst\u00ednu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Zodpovedn\u00fd rie\u0161ite\u013e:<\/em> RNDr. M\u00e1ria Vilkov\u00e1, PhD., doc. RNDr. Miroslava Martinkov\u00e1, PhD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekt sa zaober\u00e1 stereoselekt\u00edvnou synt\u00e9zou fotoakt\u00edvnych molek\u00fal so zabudovan\u00fdmi pyrolid\u00ednov\u00fdmi farmakof\u00f3rmi na b\u00e1ze boussonet\u00ednov, oxazolomyc\u00ednov a&nbsp;laktacyst\u00ednu. Inkorporovan\u00e9 azobenz\u00e9nov\u00e9 prep\u00edna\u010de a&nbsp;fotocitliv\u00e9 chr\u00e1niace skupiny umo\u017enia mo\u017enos\u0165 cielenej zmeny ich biologickej aktivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>VEGA 1\/0047\/18<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>N\u00e1zov projektu:<\/em> <strong>S<\/strong><strong>tereokonvergentn\u00e1 synt\u00e9za izom\u00e9rnych sfingoidn\u00fdch b\u00e1z a pr\u00edbuzn\u00fdch \u201elong-chain\u201c aminoalkoholov ako potenci\u00e1lnych protirakovinov\u00fdch l\u00e1tok<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Zodpovedn\u00fd rie\u0161ite\u013e:<\/em> doc. RNDr. Miroslava Martinkov\u00e1, PhD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekt sa venuje stereoselekt\u00edvnej synt\u00e9ze enantiom\u00e9rne \u010dist\u00fdch izom\u00e9rnych sfingoidn\u00fdch b\u00e1z a&nbsp;pr\u00edbuzn\u00fdch \u201elong-chain\u201c aminoalkoholov&nbsp; a vyu\u017e\u00edva&nbsp; kyselinu l-v\u00ednnu ako v\u00fdchodiskov\u00fd chir\u00f3n. So z\u00e1merom h\u013eadania \u00fa\u010dinnej protirakovinovej l\u00e1tky, bud\u00fa cie\u013eov\u00e9 \u0161trukt\u00fary podroben\u00e9 biologick\u00e9mu skr\u00edningu, ktor\u00fd bude s\u00fastreden\u00fd na predpokladan\u00fd antiprolifera\u010dn\u00fd\/cytotoxick\u00fd potenci\u00e1l. V\u00fdsledky testovania prines\u00fa cenn\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie predov\u0161etk\u00fdm do vz\u0165ahu \u0161trukt\u00fara-aktivita u pripraven\u00fdch l\u00e1tok a&nbsp;jednozna\u010dne roz\u0161\u00edria datab\u00e1zu predlohov\u00fdch \u0161trukt\u00far pre dizajnovanie molek\u00fal s&nbsp;protirakovinovou aktivitou, zalo\u017eenom predov\u0161etk\u00fdm na modulovan\u00ed metabolizmu sfingolipidov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekt bol&nbsp;ukon\u010den\u00fd v&nbsp;marci 2021 s&nbsp;dosiahnut\u00edm vynikaj\u00facich v\u00fdsledkov.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>N\u00e1zov projektu:<\/em> <strong>Otvoren\u00e1 vedeck\u00e1 komunita pre modern\u00fd interdisciplin\u00e1rny v\u00fdskum v&nbsp;medic\u00edne<\/strong> <strong>(OPENMED)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Opera\u010dn\u00fd program V\u00fdskum a&nbsp;inov\u00e1cie, Ministerstvo \u0161kolstva, vedy, v\u00fdskumu a \u0161portu SR: V\u00fdskumovo-v\u00fdvojov\u00fd z\u00e1mer projektu na podporu dlhodob\u00e9ho strategick\u00e9ho z\u00e1ujmu \u2013 Zdravie obyvate\u013estva a&nbsp;zdravotn\u00edcke technol\u00f3gie. K\u00f3d ITMS2014+: 313011V455.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Aktivita<\/em>: <em>\u201eV\u00fdvoj <\/em><em>inteligentn\u00fdch fotocitliv\u00fdch lie\u010div a&nbsp;nanop\u00f3rovit\u00fdch&nbsp;transportn\u00fdch syst\u00e9mov pre lie\u010div\u00e1\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Zodpovedn\u00fd rie\u0161ite\u013e aktivity: doc. RNDr. Miroslava Martinkov\u00e1, PhD.<\/em> Hlavn\u00fdm cie\u013eom tejto aktivity je v\u00fdvoj novej gener\u00e1cie fotocitliv\u00fdch, biologicky \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch sfingoz\u00ednov a&nbsp;biokompaktibiln\u00fdch nosi\u010dov lie\u010div pre personalizovan\u00fa medic\u00ednu. Aktivita sa zaober\u00e1 synt\u00e9zou funkcionalizovan\u00fdch sfingoz\u00ednov a&nbsp;\u0161t\u00fadiom modul\u00e1cie ich biologickej aktivity <em>in vitro<\/em>. Uskuto\u010dn\u00ed sa synt\u00e9za enantiom\u00e9rne \u010dist\u00fdch foriem sfingolipidov, vych\u00e1dzaj\u00fac zo sacharidov\u00fdch chir\u00f3nov.
