So z\u00e1merom h\u013eadania \u00fa\u010dinnej protirakovinovej l\u00e1tky, bud\u00fa cie\u013eov\u00e9 \u0161trukt\u00fary podroben\u00e9 biologick\u00e9mu skr\u00edningu, ktor\u00fd bude s\u00fastreden\u00fd na predpokladan\u00fd antiprolifera\u010dn\u00fd\/cytotoxick\u00fd potenci\u00e1l. Aktivita sa zaober\u00e1 synt\u00e9zou funkcionalizovan\u00fdch sfingoz\u00ednov a&nbsp;\u0161t\u00fadiom modul\u00e1cie ich biologickej aktivity <em>in vitro<\/em>. Uskuto\u010dn\u00ed sa synt\u00e9za enantiom\u00e9rne \u010dist\u00fdch foriem sfingolipidov, vych\u00e1dzaj\u00fac zo sacharidov\u00fdch chir\u00f3nov.
